Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped or entered the production phase. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 14 days after you’ve received the item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and returned in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required to process the return. Kindly do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Shipping charges will be applied only once, including for returns. No restocking fees will be charged for product returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send a confirmation email. You will also be informed of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please double-check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card issuer as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
